The Threshold

My Love,

You made it here — and that’s everything.

I’m Lily. Not a guru or a guide. Just a woman who’s been through the fire, and found her way back through softness.

Not long ago, I was living fast — sharp suit, sharper heels, running on stress and ambition, mistaking burnout for success. I pushed through every signal my body sent me, until it stopped asking nicely.

Crohn’s. Exhaustion. Collapse. That was the turning point.

What followed wasn’t some glossy reinvention. It was a slow return. I stripped things back. I let go of the performance. I started to rest — really rest — and from that stillness, something true began to grow.

Yoga helped. So did breathwork, stillness, and learning to move from a place of care rather than control.

This space — Serenity in Motion — is what grew from that return.
It’s a quiet space for women who are tired of pushing.
A gentler way to come back to your body.
A reminder that softness can be strong.

Here, there’s no pressure to fix yourself. No productivity hacks. Just honest practices, simple movements, and the kind of rest that lets you breathe again.

If you’re craving something slower — not sweet, but real — you’re in the right place.

We start gently. Always gently.

With care,
Lily
