Part of the Sacred Touch collection
Pause for a moment and notice where your body is holding tension.
You don’t need to search very hard for it. It’s usually somewhere obvious once you stop moving. A slight tightness, a dull pressure, a place that feels a bit overworked or slightly braced.
Bring your hand there and leave it.
Don’t rush to change it. Just stay with the contact long enough to feel what’s actually there.
At first, your attention might drift. It’s easy to move on quickly or turn it into something you need to fix. Bring it back to your hand.
After a few seconds, the area often becomes clearer. You can feel the shape of the tension more precisely. It might soften slightly, or just become easier to stay with.
That’s enough.
Your body doesn’t usually need you to analyse it in detail. It just needs you to notice what’s already there and give it a bit of space.
When you do that, the signal becomes easier to follow.
Keep your hand there for a few breaths longer than feels automatic.
Let the contact stay simple.
Your body is already telling you where to begin.
To stay with this month’s rose more deeply, the June 2026 – The Watery Rose Workbook is waiting for you here – a quiet companion of prompts, rituals, and reflective practices to help you soften into the theme at your own pace.
