Part of the Sacred Touch collection
Bring your attention to your arms and hands and start to move your fingers slowly along them.
Gently press or squeeze as you go, not in a way that’s trying to change anything, just enough to feel the contact properly. Move at a pace that lets you notice what’s under your hands instead of rushing past it.
At first it can feel slightly unfamiliar.
Most of the time, you don’t really register this kind of contact. Your hands are busy doing things, not noticing things. When you slow it down, there’s more there than you expect. Different areas respond differently. Some feel neutral, others more sensitive, others slightly tense.
Keep going.
Let your hands move without needing a pattern. Just follow what feels natural in the moment. The pressure can stay light. You’re not working on your body, you’re getting used to it again.
After a short while, your attention settles into the movement.
You’re not thinking about what you should be feeling. You’re just noticing what is there. The contact becomes easier to stay with, and your body feels more present, even though nothing has changed.
That’s enough.
You don’t need a different body to feel more connected.
You just need to spend a little time with the one you already have.
You can meet yourself here.
To stay with this month’s rose more deeply, the October 2026 – The Shadow Rose Workbook is waiting for you here – a quiet companion of prompts, rituals, and reflective practices to help you soften into the theme at your own pace.
